How we use information
We use information to administer giveaways, enforce entry limits, verify eligibility, process payments, prevent fraud, contact and verify winners, deliver prizes, meet tax and legal duties, improve the website, and send marketing only where separately authorized.
Sharing and retention
We may share necessary information with website hosting, form processing, payment, fraud prevention, drawing, shipping, accounting, and legal service providers. We do not sell personal information. Entry records are retained as reasonably needed to administer and document the giveaway and satisfy legal, tax, dispute, and fraud-prevention obligations.
Winner information
Where required or permitted, we may publish or disclose a verified winner's first name, last initial, city, state, prize, and drawing date. Tax forms and identification are not published.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time without affecting an existing entry. To request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, email support@crownsocietyofficial.com. Some records may be retained when required for giveaway integrity, taxes, fraud prevention, or other legal obligations.
