Omega Seamaster Professional Giveaway Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The sponsor and administrator is CSO LLC, a Georgia limited liability company doing business as Crown Society Official, with a mailing address at [CROWN SOCIETY PO BOX TO BE ADDED] (the "Sponsor"). Questions may be sent to support@crownsocietyofficial.com.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia, excluding New York and Florida, who are at least 18 years old and the age of majority in their state of residence when they enter. Employees, officers, contractors, and immediate family or household members of the Sponsor and anyone involved in administering the giveaway are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway is scheduled to begin July 13, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and end when Sponsor has accepted 500 total eligible entries through both entry methods. Sponsor's systems are the official timekeeping method. Sponsor will not accept more than 500 eligible entries.

4. How to Enter

Paid entry

During the Giveaway Period, visit the current giveaway page, choose an available entry package, complete the entry form, accept these Official Rules, and complete payment through secure checkout. A paid entry is not complete until payment is authorized and the entrant receives confirmation.

Mail-in free entry

During the same Giveaway Period, hand-print your full legal name, email address, mobile phone number, state of residence, date of birth, and "Omega Seamaster Professional Giveaway #1" on a 3x5 index card and mail it to [CROWN SOCIETY PO BOX TO BE ADDED]. No payment information is required. Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately. A valid mail-in entry receives the same odds as a paid entry and counts toward the same entry cap.

Entry limit: No more than 5 total entries per person, email address, household, and giveaway, regardless of entry method. Attempting to exceed the limit through multiple identities or otherwise may void every associated entry. Entries generated by scripts, bots, agents, or third parties are prohibited.

5. Prize

One winner will receive a pre-owned Omega Seamaster Professional with box and papers. Final reference, configuration, and condition details will be confirmed before launch. Approximate retail value: $4,000. The watch's condition will be documented before the drawing. No cash alternative or transfer is available except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Sponsor's reasonable control.

Sponsor is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Omega SA or any other watch manufacturer. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the prize.

6. Odds

Odds depend on the number of eligible entries accepted. If all 500 entries are accepted, the odds for each eligible entry are 1 in 500. Paid and free entries are combined in one drawing, and each eligible entry has identical odds regardless of entry method.

7. Winner Selection

One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries using randomdraws.com within seven days after entries close. Sponsor intends to use randomdraws.com's independent third-party random prize draw system to draw the winner, maintain a drawing record for audit purposes, and obtain a draw certificate or certificate of compliance where available. The potential winner will be contacted using the information supplied at entry and must respond within 48 hours.

8. Winner Verification

Before receiving the prize, the potential winner may be required to provide government-issued identification, proof of eligibility, a completed IRS Form W-9, and signed eligibility, liability, and publicity releases where lawful. If the potential winner cannot be verified, does not respond on time, refuses the prize, or violates these Rules, the entry may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner selected using the same random process.

9. Taxes and Delivery

The winner is solely responsible for federal, state, and local taxes and any costs not expressly included in the prize. Sponsor may report the prize value to tax authorities as required. Insured delivery to an eligible U.S. address is included. Risk of loss transfers to the winner upon documented delivery.

10. Publicity

Where permitted by law, acceptance of the prize authorizes Sponsor to publish the winner's first name, last initial, city, state, likeness, and prize information for winner verification and promotional use without additional compensation. Any broader testimonial or filmed appearance requires separate consent.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor may disqualify an entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits false information, abuses the website, or violates these Rules. Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel the giveaway if fraud, technical failure, legal restriction, or another event outside Sponsor's reasonable control compromises its integrity. If cancelled after entries are accepted, Sponsor will either conduct a drawing from eligible entries received before cancellation where lawful or refund paid entries.

12. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor and its service providers from claims arising from participation or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, except claims that cannot legally be waived. Sponsor is not responsible for lost submissions, network or platform failures, unauthorized interference, inaccurate entrant information, or events outside its reasonable control.

13. Privacy

Entry information will be used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, prevent fraud, contact the winner, satisfy legal obligations, and provide marketing only where the entrant separately consents. See the Privacy Notice. Paid and free entrants are subject to the same privacy and verification standards.

14. Governing Law

These Rules are governed by the laws of Georgia, without applying its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Rules removes rights that cannot legally be waived. Venue for any permitted action will lie in the state or federal courts serving Sponsor's principal place of business in Georgia.

15. Winner Information

After the winner is verified, the winner's first name, last initial, city, state, prize, and drawing date will be published on crownsocietyofficial.com for at least 90 days. A copy may also be requested by email at support@crownsocietyofficial.com.
